    Default E-Boost 2 issues

    Hi Guys,

My eboost 2 controller has been having issues for sometime now. the reason its taken so long to act on it really comes down to lack of care and no time haha

now that i have a bit of time i want to try sort out the issue.

    Issue:
Eboost 2 switches on and off frequently while driving.

Ive looked at all the connections and it seems fine. ive also checked resistance on the power and ground (while stationary) and they also seem fine.

It looks like ther person who installed it wont be of any help so does anyone else know what i should look at or try to trouble shoot this thing?

Im not very wire savy so explain it like you would to a three year old lol

you say you have 'looked' at the connections. I personally would rewire each one with fresh wire and heat shrink. Solder all connections. Ive redone most of the wiring done by a shit house workshop. I know that time and patience and good connections are the key to a happy electrical life!

the wiring looks good and is heat shrinked etc

turbo smart have recoomended connecting the gauge to a 12V battery to see if there is an issue with the power etc. the earth seems a little close to the power so i might extend and relocate that as well.

just make sure where you put the earth is clean and the paint is rubbed back. Short wires to a trusted source is the best way
