1GGTE cam pulleys/gears - where to buy

Im doing my cambelt,water pump etc soon and also want to put on some adjustable cam pulleys, problem is I can't find any (no surprise). I did a search and some people say you can use 3sgte cam pulleys. I just need to know if this is true or not because adjustable 3sgte pulleys are widely available.

If you dont have after market cams, dont bother getting adjustable cam gears, they make no difference. I popped some on my motor and when the sm4 got tuned we played around with them and only made things worse with the stock cams.
