Please help.. Wireing issues.

Hey everyone just wondering if anyone could help me, i have a 5sfe out of a 91 celica that i put into a 93 celica. Now my problem lies within the connectors for the computer.

The 91 wiring has a different set of flat plugs to the computer already in the car. i cannot get a 91 computer to rectify this so i was thinking about cutting into the wires and swapping the plugs..

would there be anything else i should know about before attempting to do this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

why not just use the loom off your old motor ?
