    Default ke70 healight

    hhhhmmmm i just got a ke70 and only 1 headlight works both parking lights work the other headlight only has a orange glow barley any light its like theres not enuf power getting to it any ideas ive changed the headlight but still the same help me i cant work this out

    check the wiring. first check the voltage at the headlight plug.


    then replace all wiring

    My corolla had the same prob, turned out to be the corrosion from being near the battery and it had started eating away at the terminal. I cleaned it out, put some grease in it and clamped it down a little then plugged it back together and it was all dandy.

    Yep, check the wiring at the headlight itself.
    KE70's supply power to the headlight globe and switch the earth through the dipper switch so if only 1 headlight is playing up, it has to be in the plug or the wiring to that headlight.
    My guess is the plug.

    thanks for all the advise guys but i found the problem was the spotlights on the bumper and the dodgy bush mechanics wireing just riped of the spotys and all the wiring out and away we went
