example:
URL=http://www.toymods.net/forums/showthread.php?t=2301]My 215rwkw 1jz-gte ma61[/URL
for my sig
with a [ at the beginning, and a ] at the end
This is probably a very simple thing to do but, how do I put a link in my sig without showing all the crap in the link.
eg part of my sig is
My ride http://www.toymods.net/forums/showthread.php?t=216
Im after how to make the "My ride" text the part you click on rather than the big pile of ugly crap, like below.
My ride
Many thanks and +rep to those that help![]()
example:
URL=http://www.toymods.net/forums/showthread.php?t=2301]My 215rwkw 1jz-gte ma61[/URL
for my sig
with a [ at the beginning, and a ] at the end
alternativly you could click on the hyperlink button... lol
or
[ url = " www.toymods.net/forums "] what you want the underlined stuff to say [ / url ]
And that'd look like
Toymods.net
Cheers,
Jase
URL=http://www.toymods.net/forums/showthread.php?t=216]My Ride[/URL

The easiest way is type what you want the link to say, higlight this then click on the hyperlink button and type in the link. The forum software will sort out the syntax for you.
oh thats neat!
i usually hit the hyperlink button, paste link, hit OK, and then when the link appears, the highlighted text is what will show up...so after hitting OK, just type what you want it to say...
but Joshs way sounds better![]()
