Default 22r cams in an 18r-c?

Somebody once told me that you could put a standard 22R camshaft into an 18R-C and that it would be similar to a stage 2 cam or something like that. just wondering if this is true or not. has anybody heard of this being done before? or if its even possible?

    Fail. Valve spacing is different.
