    Default Intermittent clutch pedal

Recently my clutch has been acting up. Sometimes its perfect, other times she'll go to the floor and I get nothing.
The master is new (last year), and I'm not losing any fluid. The slave is a Tilton HRB so I really don't want to pull that out.

    Ideas?

for it to go to the floor and get nothing, either you have air in there, or losing fluid, or either the master is sticking in, or the slave is pulling too far out.

I haven't tried rebleeding it yet, might give that a go tomorrow.
I have noticed that its worse when the revs are higher

if it goes to the floor, can you pump it and make it good?

air would make it feel spongy most fo the time, and unlikely to be sucking and purging air...

Are the lines clipped on to the chassis/gearbox properly? The line could be flexing or ballooning

nah, when it goes to the floor its hella soft, as if the slave is already fully extended.

Slight update though, before driving it this morning I raised the idle speed about 400rpm, and all the trouble started. I've since dropped the idle back to what it was yesterday, and no more clutch issues.

is it a vac assisted master? idle speed and clutch =odd.
    not boiling fluid somehow?

if the slave is fully extended, then the clutch is disengage, and the slave can't move any further?? or am i thinkin of it wrong.

Not vac assisted, def not boiling.

Your thinking is right, however its not working like that.
When it goes 'soft' and does nothing, the clutch is still fully engaged, and I can't get it out of gear, and when I do get it out, I can't get it back into gear.

Pumping didn't make a difference, except that on the second pump it may work properly, or may not. Its random.

But did another couple of hours of driving this arvo, all perfect with the lower idle speed...
