Will 1ggte injectors work in a 5me?

Hey I think my injectors might be blocked in the 5me.

I have a set of 1ggte injectors from my celica that were just cleaned, will these work in the 5me or not?

No they won't, they are not the same flow rating.
Either get the 5ME ones cleaned (usually $30 each), attempt to clean them yourself (ultrasonic cleaner), or buy known good ones.
