How to convert RT80 from Drums to Disk brakes?

Hi guys, been searching around and can't find that much information, basically I want to fit disk brakes to the front of a Toyota Corona RT80.
What I need to know, is what will fit, I gather RT81 stub axles will fit, however I am having a few problems finding any, what other stub axles and disk brakes, master cylinder can I use for this conversion?

Any help would be appreciated....

This may work. They share the same Stub axles.
