Hi mate, the most frequent shock failure on the UZS131 and MS137 is the left hand rear. The age of the rubber is the primary cause.
If you can change a standard shock absorber, you can change the airbag struts on a Crown. However that being said, a guy in Vic purchased one of these Crowns with a similar rear end problem. He fitted new air bags to the rear, but could not get the thing sorted. It was eventually sold for about $3,000.00 and parted out.

The window sticker price is quite good on that car, but with unknown problems in the air department it is a big ask. As with all car dealers, flash a wad of cash, and you will drive the car away, if you are willing to take the risk.
