are 1uzfe non vvti motors interference?

hey guys, just need to know if 1uzfe non vvti motors are an interference motor as i have one to fix after the hydraulic tensioner failed, customer said it went bang and now it doesnt turn over...

just want to know just to clarify as i dont know if these motors are or arent.. thanks

thats what i thought.. tho by the sounds of things over the phone its not sounding good.. locking up on 10degrees all the time, tho it could be something bottom end who knows till i check it out
