The best way to do it, is to grab the old 7M harness, and work out exactly what each pin on each interface plug does.
There are a few near the ECU (3 I think? maybe 4) and one near the battery.
Once you work that out, you just need to do the same with the 2JZGE harness.
Once you have both of those, the wiring is a very simple task.
You may even be able to use the online TSRM to help with the 7M stuff, and you may find someone else who has already done it for the 2JZ.
