Default Billzilla 4A to W5x bellhousings - any good?

Looking at buying one of these, wondering if they are any good.

Guy reckons it is a modified standard toyota casting off some obscure asian toyota commercial model with a couple of holes redrilled/

Seen a pic it has ribs like a standard bell.

Is this crap or do they exist and are they any good?

Thanks in advance for any info.

Yes they did exist and they seemed to be pretty good.
I left Malaysia years ago and so it all stopped. They were off some car but had the new bolt holes welded in place so it looked factory. The early ones didn't look as good as the later ones but functioned the same.

Thanks for that, and straight from the horse's mouth too

I read that some bellhousings alter the angle in which the gearbox sits and there can be problems with the shifter positioning - not the case with your bellhousings?

Have a look at billzilla's website in his signature block there...

The man is a guru, you won't have any issues with the engineering side of it.

Shifter position is going to depend on what gearbox you have acquired, and there is lots of info about on that.
