Default Fitting Towbar to AE94 LIFTBACK

Anyone done one of these before? Haven't purchased yet, just wondering how easy it is, as I'd prefer not to pay them $100 to fit it. Cheers

$100 well spent.... cars don't generally come with holes etc for mounting.

also the other thing is that if something ever goes wrong you can point the finger at them whereas if you DIY and there's a warranty problem - or worse, an accident - then you can get farked.

It's for my 24 foot yacht...

No it's for a small trailer, mower etc. 500kgish max. I'm not an idiot, and if someone would buy my Soarer, I wouldn't be forced into this situation.

Apparently it comes with fitting instructions and all bolts, wiring, etc. required. I'd just like to know if anyone has fitted one, as I can't really see the instructions until I have purchased said item. Thanks.

just man up and fit it yourself
they are nornally just fitted through the bumper bolts any way with maybe one hole to drill through the spare wheel well which you can do once the rest of the bolts are done up
the instructions are usually pritty good if it aranda or boronia or hayman reese

Thankyou. Love it when people answer the question you ask instead of just talking shit.

I'd pay the $100 for fitting, it you do have any issue at least you can go back to them to get it fixed.
I 'd als like to know it done properly if I'm towing something, hate to loose the trailer.
