20R igniter unit to 18RG

Hi,i just want to know is it possible to use igniter unit from 20R in 18rg engine? Cause somebody want to sell it.If can it would be great..

it is, i have done similar with a 22R-E and 21R-C electronic igntion systems.

I wanted to have electronic ignition on the 18RG, so i pulled out the dissy, coil, and igniter from a 21R-C engine..... and retrofitted this to the 18RG dissy and ignition system..
Thus - i've removed the points and have a completely reliable electronic ignition system
