Where to connect heater tap cable on mx83 grande + wiring issues

Evening all

So i discovered that the interior end of my heater tap cable isn't connected to anything. I can't for the life of me work out where it connects to..

Toyodiy only has glx, which has a different heater control setup (not that the diagram is useful anyway).

Anyone done this? I'm hoping that its simple / easy to get to and i just somehow missed it... That said i do have most of the interior part already anyways.

Car is series 2 MX83 cressida grande with jzx90 1jz

Anyone know what the relay that is on the right side of the blower unit does? Mine isn't plugged in to anything.
