I'm also really interested in this.... I've searched around and haven't been able to find anyone that has bought and installed them yet. If they are any good, they are a great price, especially considering the current exchange rates.
I have been looking for a review on the OBX ITB's that are sold across ebay, i have found that OBX do make some good components and some crap ones too but all the reviews are for honda applications and havent found any about the ITB setup for the 1UZ and considering their products are quite hit and miss i want to be sure this is one of their hits.
Any one used them/seen the used?

A mate picked up some OBX TBs for his B16 Civic rally motor. There is no way I would bolt them onto a motor as they are*, but with a bit of work, they look like they will be a good thing.
* - Swarf in fuel rail, really nasty port matching on the manifold and fasteners I wouldn't trust.
Strange things are afoot at the circle K
I bought OBX 4AGE extractors a few years ago, were really well made. Apparently all American designed gear, probably made in china though...
From what i can find they take a well designed high price item and copy it, they do reduce some of the quality of materials and they dont have to do as much in the way of R&D so it comes out costing heaps less.
These look to be a knock off of the NZ A1 kits....they weren't without their issues so i'd expect some tidying up to do? Still a great price though so would have to be worth a look.
Still hardly worth the effort unless you are going headwork,, cams and internals to handle the revs you need to make power n/a.

Also keep in mind you have to devise a linkage setup if you want to use the traction control or cruise control, plus you need to adapt the various vac lines etc.
Theres a good site with info on a soarer ITB conversion here:

If you were installing ITB's i dont think you would be too worried about loosing the traction control![]()

yeh i wouldn't mind having cruse control for those drives out to winton but an 86 with traction control would just be silly.
