    Default Speedo Drive Help

So i have a mechanical speedo drive in my hilux and have fitted a w58 out of a supra and the gearbox has an electrical sensor, is there any trickery i can do to make the speedo work or will i have to swap the dash speedo to an electrical one.

Why not remove the electronic speedo sender from the side of the gearbox and install a conventional mechanical drive speedo part in it's place...?

    Cheers

Thats what im going to do, i have secured a blown w56 from a hilux and im changing the rear housing to get the shifter position correct also and will use the mechanical drive.
Hopefully the rear housings are compatible.
