There may be some turbo kits available for the VVTi 1JZ in Japan, but over here they are hard to find.
Best option would be to have a custom manifold made up, or the standard manifold modified to suit a turbo from the Garrett range. If you need some info on having a custom manifold made, let me know and I may be able to help.

I would think a jzx100 with 250rwkw would be pretty bloody fast. If you could get it off the line well, should run low 12's@about 110-112mph.
