The hex plugs in the valley between the spark plugs, lower than the top of the head.

Not my head in the photo.
Do you know if the lower hex plugs access the water jacket ? The higher ones appear to be for the oil galleries.
Trying to find a high place in the head in an attempt to remove air bubbles from cooling system
