Default help with diff axle spline ST185/205

does anyone know for sure if the 25.5mm diameter spline used on the GT4 rear diff is shared with any other toyota??. The centre is basically a T series (6.7"), but the spline is not the same as the T series used in AE86 levin (either version). it is also not the same as 2 different F code diffs I have. I have some eveidence it was changed in the early 90's and may be the same as later IRS cars with other diffs, like Rav 4 & Lexus. any help appreciated

Hi Terry, this link to club 4AG, actually shows the 2 AE86 axles being measured. You could allow for a little wear an tear on both axles. And of course some inaccuracy in the caliper. I have an ST205 Torsen LSD, and shaft here, the brand new shaft measures up at around 25.6mm.

    cheers Chuck.

Are lsd and non lsd same shafts?
Becuase i looked up the open diff pinion gear and got some interesting results
Rav4 SXA10 is listed as one of them.

The others are oddball that aren't local like SV25 AE103

    And obviously GT4s

The spanner in my avatar is actually a 16mm, that's why it's still new
