Need help from Member in the bluehaven/Newcastle/central coast area

Hello, firstly ill apologise for posting this in the wrong section....

The problem in short:

Bought a roll cage from someone in blue haven (about 50 ks south of Newcastle)

need to get it sent to me in perth, WA.

so far the cheapest quote i can get is through e-go which is still 280 dollars however requires the cage be dropped off at depot in Newcastle.

Seller is unable to drop it off there so the next cheapest door to door option is $500 -- which i would like to avoid...

so basically, if there any fellow members that would be able to help me out as far as getting cage to newcastle/gosford. someone that drives up that way often or something

happy to pay for services.

if you get really stuck i could pick up and drop off,( the depot is in thornton, which is a fair way away from blue haven ) but wont be able to till the end of the month or so, so if its more conveniant for someone else speak up lol

cheers for options guys, turned out dude wanted it gone asap and wasnt happy at thought of posting on forum and having a random rocking up to his house so went the 470 option...

So he wouldnt drop it at a depot and wouldnt let you get it picked up? What a dick.

yep. prob wouldnt expect any less from godfather (off supraforums) but.....

the day it got picked up he was like - "just lettign u know it doesnt come with any bolts (is a full bolt in cams approved so all the frotn legs/side bars are bolted together)"

when i ask why, he told me the seller he bought it off didnt supply him with them so id have to supply my own.

after contacting previous seller, found out that godfather was bullshitting and was desperate/sad enough to keep all the bolts that come with the cage.

either that or it was in spite because id rather give the courior $200 then him an extra $100 to drive 20 ks to the depot

Meh, hes a 28yr old douchebag who still lives with his parents spending all his money on cars he knows nothing about and then lies about how much power they have whilst simultaneously bagging out some of the most reputable people in the industry (ie. Matt Spry).

I wouldnt put anything past him.

yeah unfortunately didnt get chance to buy cage off the original owner (shane) and despite dealings with godfather, was prob the quickest and easiest way to get my supra in a cams approved state so i can start racing.

sucks working office hours while modifying/building cars. quite liked the tradie 6:30 to 2:30-3... gave me enough time to make it to the shops to buy shit like bolts
