Default 4agte idling prob (haltech e8)

I had the 4agte emissions tested & a 02 sensor put in car is running( haltech e8 with 3 bar map sensor 440 injectors, haltech idle motor) the car was running well, i then drove the car a week later when the car stalls when the revs come down to idle.
I found that the cap on the metal vacuum line on the underside of the tvis plate had come off & was sucking in air. So i plumbed the boost guage into it & the car seemed to idle ok, then today took the car for a spin when it started to sputter & missfire under acceleration really bad then when coming off acceleration the car just died, i sat there for 10 min checked vacuum lines etc then the car decides to start but the sputtering wasnt as bad but not smooth idle. I limped the car home, it seems to idle & rev fine when stationary but when you take it for a spin & put your foot down it just dies when the revs come down to idle it seems to have a mind of its own, the engine cranks fine & revs fine but seems to idle 1 minute then 5 mins later you start her & she doesnt idle at all & when it does idle the revs seem to fluctuate just slighty & you can hear then engine note missing a little i dont know whats going on any suggestions??
    I suspect the following:
    vacuum air leak
    haltech idle motor
    faulty haltech sensor
    crack in manifold
    electrical prob
