    Default Replacing bushes on 2001 toyota Prado??

    Hi Guys,

    Has any one replaced front suspension bushes on a 2001 toyota Prado.

    I've got replace em on my inlaws prado & haven't got a manual at the moment to do so.

    Any help would be great.

    while you have the front up in the air - check the upper & lower ball joints on the front hubs. G/F/s father has had to fix a few where the upper ball became un-captive - two cars required new B/Js on both sides and upper+lower as they were all close to 100% rooted. One had come in after the front-right collapsed while driving (breaking lots of other bits there in the process) - same car had a good service history, the other was a poorly maintained thing owned by a Chardonnay-drinking hippie.
