nostalgia is not what it used to be:
I have seen Watsonia mentioned on other forums.. they apparently require pre-registration this year Ian. If its something you want to do might be worth following up.
Dave/Adam,
great idea! Bit bummed I missed the last one, but didn't get around to getting the car on club plates in time.
Only suggestion is that a proper coffee shop would be great. Looks like everyone was just hanging in a carpark this time?
Any chance that the next one can happen the weekend before the six hour? Any k's on the car before then woudl be good
Guess that would be 16th Oct.
I know there is a rollaclub cruise on the 17th if that is any good to you Timbo.
I agree a good coffee shop would be good.. it needs one with a big car park that isn't going to be annoyed by 10 or 20 blokes hanging out there.. so suggestions welcome on that front, cos we couldn't come up with one.
The carpark we were in has the advantage of having 4 or 5 cafes in very close proximity, so from that perspective it works well.
there is a coffee place at watsons creek antique's on the eltham yarra glen road a fair bit of parking there as well

Ahh.... perhaps I should have said... good coffee shop with parking out the front that is central for ALL our members!
now your asking too much Adam
Dont mind me, i'm most likely out of next meet at this rate (unless tax return comes in)![]()

I have posted a new thread for the next one of these...
however the details are
From the TCCA newsletter this month:
8:30am-10:30am October 17 will be the second Cars, Coffee and Donuts, meeting point will be at Westfield “Plenty Valley” Shopping Centre, located at 415 McDonalds Rd, Mill Park.
Degani Bakery and Cafe located inside the Shopping Centre are open from 7:30am, for those who would like to purchase a good coffee. I will have a supply of donuts for TCCAV members.
I would like to openly invite anybody from other Car Clubs who would like to join us and
display a car, or just come along to see some interesting Toyotas and talk all things
automotive and more.
As this is an Official TCCAV event, all H and CH plated cars are welcome. Please represent TCCAV in the best way possible by driving responsibly and refraining from antisocial or offensive behaviour.
Evan G from the Rollaclub website is organising a cruise from Mill Park to Kinglake for lunch, and then on to Sugarloaf reservoir
afterwards for some photos.
He is asking people to meet at Mill Park McDonalds, (corner Plenty Rd and University Drive) just around the corner from where we are meeting for Cars Coffee and Donuts. All welcome.
I can be contacted on the day on 0422 328 332 or beforehand if necessary. See you there!
