    Although, properly calibrated Shootout dynos should be pretty bloody close.

    was it just the intercooler for sale or the whole car?
    Thanks Grant, but on another note, going back to the original topic, i was doing a bit of reading and water injection sounds pretty complicated...Especially doin it yourself with your own bits...wheres the info on DIY water injection systems?

    Hey Guys, been a while since i've been on and now reps are huge! and there's been heaps of 1GGZE talk!

    Anyway, here's a pic of mine when i put it in showing the dual manifold setup fairly well. I'm keen to hear about intercooling setups too. Mine is off the road at the moment getting water pump work + diff work + suspension work + radiator work... and probably more.

    Type in "water injection DIY" or variations of that into google. I founds lots of stuff. Also have a look at old Autospeed articles as there were a series of articles written there too.

    Recently contacted the bloke who bought that car, and he ripped out the GZE and replaced it with turbo. He flogged the intercooler unfortunatly, so i dont know whwere that ended up tho i was able to get this pic:

    Found this one relatively easy...but sounds like a backyard bodge to me...any comments on that specific setup? sounds relativley easy tho...
