Toymods car club is proud to present
TOYOTA FEST 2010 Car Show
www.toyotafest.org.au
NEW LOCATION!!
HOME HUB HILLS
Cnr Victoria Ave & Showground Rd, CASTLE HILL
South Roof Top
Sunday, 3th October 2010 Long Weekend
DONT FORGET DAYLIGHT SAVINGS !
All Clocks in NSW get put FORWARD 1hr at 2AM on Sunday 3rd of October
So the 7th Annual all Toyota Show is upon us, and we're taking it to a whole new level... yes, it's on a roof top!
This year we've finally managed to secure an excellent venue in the heart of Castle Hill, boasting more space for the show, and more shops to browse if by chance you can't drool over Toyota's all day...
But wait, there's more... Home Hub Hills is extremely enthusiastic about getting behind ToyotaFest and have organised to have Triple M visit the show, as well as possibly getting some of the shops involved with give aways.
We've also been busy, and managed to secure some great sponsors... Castle Hill Toyota, Meguiar's, House of Kolor, DBA and Castrol... all of whom are generously supporting what is shapping up to be the best Toyota Fest to date.
I'm hoping that if the previous years are anything to go by the viewing pleasure will be more abundant and more diverse. You won't see a larger collection of Toyota's all in one spot anywhere else in Australia!
So how do you enter...?
To be eligible to enter, the vehicle must be Toyota bodied, but any engine and driveline combination is welcome. You DO NOT have to be a member of the Toymods Car Club to enter and we encourage other Toyota clubs to present club displays.
Entry fee is $10 per vehicle to cover event overheads. Spectators are FREE
Download the entry form here to fill out prior to the show.

The display will close at 3.00pm with ALL cars remaining until then. In the interest of public safety NO vehicle may be moved or started during the display.
Again, Toymods, is organising a few 'side' events for the interstate enthusiasts. So to make their trip worthwile, we will be having a dinner and a drag night at WSID.
See everyone there...
PS: You're car does not need to be in 'show condition' to enter. As long as it's neat and tidy (washing it is a great start), we'd love to see it in the show!

Plan to make an appearance again this year, probably just the 102 to show off the FXGT front end as the 162 doesn't like long bumpy trips.
So is the dinner going to be on the Sunday (the 3rd) or Monday (the 4th)?
Need to make accommodation arrangements if we're staying down there for the night, any word on when a venue would be finalised too?
AE102 - Charlene the Old Faithful, Reborn
JZZ30 - Lexi the Spacecruiser, 1JZGTE>>3SGE. 200rwkw, hunting Skylines and n00bs in SS Commodores

AE82 - Rosie the Bitsa from Hell, 70.8kw atw. Has been converted into garage space and money at last

Looking forward to this, fingers crossed the boats and planes heading from the motherland with parts arrive on time.
If in doubt power out
Dav & Rod have been working overtime for this years event and much Kudos needs to go their way.
The venue is Awsome in terms of Size / Location and the Support from Centre Management. On top of this it caters far better if (heaven forbid) it rains on the day.
This years Toyotafest will have a real Car show feel.
If you know anyone with a quality Toyota, pass the word and get them to keep an eye on www.toyotafest.org.au.
I'm there with Bells on...
Dinner is on the Sunday Night, and we are looking for a Family freindly venue in the Castle Hill area / Parramatta preferably close to public transport for the people who wish to kick on afterwards. Open to suggestions?!?
Cheers
Simon
