might i place a shotgun on those then?

Could you recommend front and rear spring rates? I'm after a more comfortable ride, i'm running jza80 16"s currently with 225/50's but plan on running 245/50's on the rear, though i don't have the exact measurements here (work) i want to drop the tyre/gaurd clearence to about 20mm and don't want to risk the rear scrubbing over bumps

You can call shotgun if you like but i prefer payment.....

I would go with 14kg - front and 8kg - rear. This is what i had on my HRs and they were nice for everyday driving.
