financial members rides

i ask this question, in the financial members section in the members rides, can only financial members see the rides once they are logged in?

I know you can't see them when your not logged in at all, but say a standard random user who is a forum member, but not a financial member, can they read that section?

As it says it is only available to members of the Toymods Car Club.

If you're not a financial member you can't see the contents.

yes this is correct, under my test wookie login i can see the section, but it appears empty with zero threads and zero replies.
