Troubleshooting Gizzmo Boost Controller

Hello,
Running a Gizzmo MS-IBC (boost controller) on my 4ag setup.
The car was running fine on stock boost of 8psi and I had adjusted it accordingly to reach 10psi and 12psi.
In order to reach 12psi, the duty cycle was on 65% - And 50% for 10psi. Gain is 7.
Car ran great, held boost great, no spikes, happy as.

Now just recently I was getting the car re-tuned to have 20psi of boost.
But on max duty cycle, 90%, It would only give me 15psi of boost, and no more.
At first I thought I had a leak, so I tried a cheap bleed valve, hit boost cut at 22psi, so nothing wrong there.


the top nipple/hose was connected to the wastegate, and the other to the intake manifold. As it states in the manual.

How I set it up.
Ran the car on setting 1, with no changes, did 5 runs.
Ignition off, back on, and then upped the duty cycle.

wow those duty cycle don't sound right , i have a gizzmo on my car and 52%duty is 20psi (every setup is diferent but 50% for 2psi more is crazy)
gain is low but thats ok shouldnt affect how high the boost is unless to high,think my gain is somewhere around 60??
just check and re check how you set it up using the instructions , then if that fails to change anything maybe try find someone else near you to test

Ive got the gain set to 0 and 100, no difference.
It builds and holds boost soo steady.
This unit has me stumped.
