Can you stick your head out the window to see which one, or none, is hopping?
On a LHD, the throttle is within reach when you've climbed into in the passenger seat, RHD looks to make it a bit more difficult.

Wheel & tire & hub/axle run-out oughta be easy to check before driving it to check the balance.

Checking runout is the first thing on my list to check.

NFI on the condition of the wheel bearings, but the car doesn't make any odd noises.
