Justin, what sort of pre SC water flow figures are you looking at, in comparison to post?
The system i was running with the TT had x2 nozzles running approx 150-200cc/min each.

I was just going to run one pre and one post? I only have smaller, not larger nozzles to try different rates.

When i ran the twin charge, both nozzles were pre the M90 (so up to 400cc/min) with no apparent ill effects?

Hmm interesting. Thats a lot of water, but I guess your moving a metric shitload of air too!
Just trying to figure out if it would be worth me doing a bit of pre SC injection if I do end up putting a blower on my 2.8L diesel hilux.

Between 10-15% of your fuel rate is usually the sweet spot for WI but some setups will take more....depends what you are trying to achieve.

I don't really know how much fuel is injected, but as a basic calc, 100kph, 10.2L/100k's at cruise, my hilux only uses around 170, and about 200cc/min at a reasonable load for 12L/100k's. So 10% of that is 17-20cc/min or three fifths of bugger all. No idea what instantaneous usage is for peak torque range, with a reasonable throttle, but it ain't huge.
I wonder whether it is different for diesel, as they have such low fuelling rates.

I only use it on boost mate...at 300+rwkw i'm using a lot more than 200cc/min of fuel

I'm going to take a stab and say closer to 3,200cc/min of fuel, so yeah, a bit different.
As you would know, PD blower, effectively static boost, but volume of air varies. Trying to figure out if it is worth worrying about seeings though I'm only looking at such small volumes of air, and low power output. Intercooler post SC is on the cards for air temp reduction, but unsure as to the degree of improvement with pre SC water for the sealing and initial air temp.
I'm guessing that such low water flows would be difficult to impossible to source a nozzle for.

I run x2 nozzles to get that flow rate and Aquamist offer a heaps of smaller ones (as well as larger) so not hard to get exactly the rate you are after....you can tweak flow pressures as well

Diesels are weird beasts so can't help you on whether WI will help or hinder?

wouldn't worry about it boxhead. Add an IC if you find temps too bad. If you're going to the trouble of water injection might be worth while to spend a bit extra for LPG?
