Adaptronic setup on 3 wire CAS 4AGE Distributor

Out of the dissy I have:

Blue
White
Red

Out of the plug (the dissy has a green plug which changes the 3 wires colours) I have and seem to have worked out the triggers

Black - 4 tooth wheel
Red - Earth
White - 24 tooth wheel

I can't seem to get it running consistant timing, can anyone confirm or link me to a wiring diagram or picture of the wires and setup please?
