tap with hammer, soak with wd40, then use breaker bar + starter. successes on 1jz and 2jz so far

Starter cant exert that much torque. Nothing like whatyou can apply with a 1m breaker bar.

So improvise with waterpipe and a shorter breaker or something if you dont have one.

Get a helper in the car, in 5th gear, handbrake on and 2 feet on the brakes hard. Lean on that sonnovabitch.

    It WILL come undone.

Trust me MANY successes with 1j/2j's over many years. When every other technique has failed.

ok just spent another $65 on another breaker bar, lets hope that works. will try what you said yojimbo as well as the starter again.

the balancer doesnt look in very good condition at all though having a closer look at it. anyone got one laying around?

I HAVE TO GET IT OFF!!!!

    Have fun out there guys.

I'm going to have to miss this now. I've got a grant application I need to complete before I head off on overseas in the middle of next week.

Hi all we've got a bed free in a cabin at the sheep station for Thursday and Friday night if anyone interested?
One of my mates who were coming has stuffed his knee and can't walk. So hence spare bed.
