how do you convert speedo

hi i need to find a way to convert a electric nissan from a 180 sx 5 speeed speedo to a toyota hilux cable speedo

Depending on your skills it may be a better solution to inbuilt some appropriate speedo into your cluster or run an aftermarket one somewhere on the dashboard.
