1999 GS300 going manual?

As title states

Trying to help a mate out.

Is there any possible way (stock looking) to convert the gay auto GS300 into manual at all? Cause they have them hand brake pedal thing and don't look to have any room for a master cylinder to fit in the firewall because the abs brake system takes up the whole room on there.

Tryed doing some research on it and no luck whatsoever

Any info will be greatly appreciated
