1ggte throttle body vac line help

Hey guys hopefully this will be a quick answer for someone that knows their 1gs (or maybe any motor)?

Anyway ive done a 1ggte conversion into my hilux and ive just found a vac line that goes from my throttle body to nowhere. Does anyone know what it should be going to?

Heres a link to a pic i found of a 1ggte on google that will hopefully help. This guy has a blue silicon hose and it looks like it goes into a catchcan or something?

Is it important or do i just block it off?

the "catch can thing" is a charcoal canister it vents pressure from the fuel tank look for something similar on your car to hook it up to or just block it off its only for emissions

Cheers mate, yeah i was thinking it was something for emmisions.

Vapour from the fuel tank is vented into the canister, and gets sucked into the inlet manifold through that vacuum tube.
