You really want a 2GR-FE manual in that IS200. Forget the 3S.
RWD 3sge, regardless of version, can you use the flywheel/clutch & J160 from a beams 3SGE?
or does it have to be a bastard conversion with Y series bellhousings, or 2S bellhousings onto a W5X box and all the little tricks previously covered in this forum?

the clutch and flywheel will fit gen 2 upwards but you would need the 4y bellhousing as thev 2s has the starter on exhaust side and the oil drain back from the head is there
Although I have never personally done the conversion with a j160 a guy I was to dealing with alot a couple of years back had a j160 behind a series 2 3sgte in a ta22 celica, going off what he told me at the time it just bolted straight up using the beams flywheel. He did have a clutch that was built for him by one of the local clutch shops but I would say it would be the same. the engine had custom inlet and exhaust manifolds also whether that is relevant I'm not 100% sure.
This info may be of no use to you but I can say fairly positively that the bolt patterns on the box are the same so I would think it could be done quite easily with minimal or no modifications.
I will keep my eye on this thread cause if someone has some more info on this it would be good to know
