Bottom end of these motors are basically the same as the 18r single cam that is fitted to many different Toyotas. However if you want to run boost through it I suggest you get something stronger. I would first suggest measuring up the block and checking how much you will need to machine off to repair it (remove scores and make round again) Once you have done this you can then chase down the pistons you require.

There are different options : Standard, 1st stage oversize and so on depending on what size your bore is. Unless of coarse you are going to get it resleaved (usually quite expensive) As for gaskets you can by them through the various engine shops or some of the online websites still have them for sale.

This site "http://toyheadauto.com/PerformancePages/18RG_Parts.html" has a heap of parts (although on the expensive side) but will give you some idea of what your looking for, from there you can hunt around and obtain what you require,

    I hope this helps

These guys do a full gasket set for the 18RGEU. I've used them previously, good service.

Check the 18rg tractor thread and 18rgte thread for piston suppliers.

I forgot to mention that depending on what compression you want depends on what pistons to use also, but as 7m-gte mx73 said all the info on pistons is in the 18rg tractor thread.
