    Default Thermo fan issue

Just wondering if anyone can help out with my electrical issue of my thermo fan not working...

    Have done the following troubleshooting.

    * Checked relay terminals for 12v ign power
    * Checked A/c pressure switch is connected
    * Checked continuity between temp switch and earth to relay
    * Checked thermofan works - (bridged power on relay and on comes the fan)

My understanding is if I unplug the temp switch the fan should come on.

When i plug the temp switch in, I can hear the relay click but the fan doesn't turn on when I unplug it. Nor does it come on when the car is getting warm.

Any tips / help would be greatly appreciated

You bridge power on the relay and it worked.. I would say your relay coil is switching but not properly, try a new one
