do you want a CAI? if not simplest thing is just a gentle 90 degree bend with a pod on the end, depending on who cut and shut your inlet manifold it might hit the underside of the bonnet, but this isn't that big a deal.

i have a cylindrical K&N pod filter
and a standard smallport mannifold

post a photo of your engine bay, standard smallport manifold will be facing the firewall.
CAI is cold air induction, it means there is a box around the filter that makes it suck air from outside the engine bay
