Yeah, what happened Andrew? When i turned up, you were noticably absent. Did you get dicked by the scruitineers for something?
well it looks like some fun was had despite of the shitty weather
spewing about my oil issuesi asked if i could go home and grab another dizzy with hopes of scrutineering it at lunchtime but they said no dice, due to the weather they were planning to pack up early

didnt even bother presenting the car to scrutineering..... would have been laughed at lol
i thought it would be a good idea to fill the engine with 15weight synthetic oil for the day, which meant the previously non-leaking dizzy suddenly became a fountain and was spewing oil into the cap and out all over the LPG converter and some wiring, which was giving some shorts and causing a misfire. i didnt want to run it in the wet with a miss cos i knew i would need power to keep it on the track when it got sideways but the oil leak wouldnt have passed scrutineering anyway....
such a waste of time, effort & money :'(
was kind of amusing trying to get out of the paddock to take it home, let the clutch out at idle and the car just sat still with the back wheels turning.... had to get 3 other ppl to push the car to try & get it moving, in the end it was "driving forward" in 1st but the car was moving slowly sideways from ppl pushingit would have been funnier if i wasnt already so pissed off lol.

That 260Z is just stupid quick!
I saw it the other day on C31, it's just nuts!
I second that, Very impressive car, sent a shiver up my spine watching it & listening to it howl up the Hill ..
Makes me want to bring out one of my cars next time a hill climb is on there, no where near the same league but looks to be a good track & a good time to be had, weather permitting..
Pretty sure the 260Z is called Viagra haha, saw the car up close at Mt Alma in SA. Sooo mean
Next time Rob Roy is on can someone please make sure i don't get lazy again and actually enter? There was no good reason why i didn't this time. Adam should have been 14th outright with the Cressida showing his Charade what a real car can do.![]()

I was driving Dad's company owned Forester... and Dad was there. So, i don't think it would have been likely that i'd take that for a run unless someone distracted Dad each time my run was up.![]()

I have seen the 260Z run at Easter Nats at Sandown, from memory it won the Go to Whoa & it went in the drags also & was running very strongly, but i think from memory something broke on it ?
Nice going Joe on a creditable first time showing of 26th overall........would have loved to see it in the dry.![]()
