hey just wondering if 21R-C dizzys are the same as 22r/22re?

hilux 22Rs have a different plug to the 21RC and the 22RE.

so if you were to fit a 1996 22r to a ra60 would you use the 21rc dizzy in the 22r head?
or cut and join the wires and use the 22r dizzy?

If the colour of the wires are the same Will,just change plugs over or just repin so there is no cut and shutting of the wiring.
