You could see if you could find your car here: http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/
Looks like the going price on there is about $213USD... but I've no idea how accurate that is.
Hi guys,
I have a crook O2 sensor on my MX83 1JZ-converted cressida, measures around 0.1V max, just wondering if anyone knows what part# it is, and where to buy one quickly?
It is a 3 wire sensor (ie heated), and is a 2-bolt flange. Not sure if different sensors out there have different flanges or threads.
Is there any brands that I should look for and avoid? I was just going to check out Supersteepauto, or Repco, AutoOne etc at lunch time tomorrow.
Cheers![]()

Great site, cheers!
Can't find an O2 sensor on it though, I'll keep looking through it though, might be under a different section.

Looks like a JZA70 and JZX81 sensor is 89465‑29435. Doesn't say how many wires though. My car has a 3 wire sensor but I'm not sure if this is aftermarket.
Does anyone know of an equivalent Bosch or NGK/NTK part#? Cheers![]()

Ended up picking up an NGK/NTK "OZA527-E1" sensor, has 4 wires, so I should be able to earth it more reliably than just relying on the exhaust. Just hoping it fits! Doesn't come with a flange, and seems to have an 18mm thread / 22mm hex required. Just hope it fits my existing flange, and hope my existing flange is removable from the old sensor.
The 3 wire version is OZA23-D2, around $80. The 4 wire was around $70 from Auto One.
It will be interesting to see my fuel economy once I get this working correctly![]()

After much internet searching and finding nothing and not wanting to pay the $260 plus quote from toyota i have finally found a replacement sensor for the 1jz.
ACA at brookvale were very helpful and hooked me up with a sensor and flange.
They can be bought from repco, autobarn and the likes for round $100 bucks. After i punched the part number into google i found threads from soarer central and the like, without it google gave me jack.
Part number ox203 universal 3 wire sensor, Repco number rox203. You will need to cut your old plug off and crimp it to the new sensor, all is supplied.
So far all is good and will update results after the first tank.![]()
Im getting overfuling on my 1jz as in 3km per liter. Have sent the turbo in for a service and that could be the cause. Im not getting anyother code sent back from the ECU apart from turbo. Are you gents getting a code back for your 02 sensor ?
yeah i was getting a code 25, and therefore no closed loop mode and high fuel consumption.
Bosch Universal Sensor $150 - $180.
Genuine Sensor - $300-$400.
I am using a Hiflo Sensor - $40, this is what I am running on My Soarer. The flange may need to be modified but most cases it will fit without a problem.
Measured it with a multimeter and it is fluctuating from 0.2 to 1.0 like it should. Not sure how sensitivity/responsiveness is like compared to Bosch, but if you get a Bosch you know
your getting quality.
I myself would just get a ACA or Hiflo sensor.
