The merge is made by Will Tobin in Brisbane. He runs expressparts and Quickspool manifolds. The product and delivery time was AAAA++++.![]()
I think he works from the same premises as Scott Hoffman who owns OKE020.
I have the head flanges made by a mate, it's 10mm plate and not laser cut.
Why do you want 16mm flanges?
Oh yeah, If you are buying elbows to make a manifold with I recommend getting unpainted bends as the paint is a PITA and doubles the prep time needed for welding. I get unpainted bends from Blackwoods and the painted ones at onesteel. I complained to onesteel and the reply was loud snoring.

quick question where abouts does the water feed come from and return too?
Bottom of water pump and top water neck.
Forgive the ignorance, but what is the benefit of creating a 2J manifold when there are so many pre made ones available - 6boost, ebay, etc.
Granted that yours looks very nice and well made, and I know the ebay ones can be fairly poor quality, but ones like 6boost are good quality.

Making manifolds is part of my profession and the customer wanted one made. Simple.
If I make things myself I have control over the timeframes, anyone who has bought premade stuff will know this is an issue.
Yes, like I said the ebay ones are shit, so I can understand avoiding one of those.
The guy posting is not the owner of the car - he is a workshop and at a guess that manifold would be worth $1k+, so it's not like this is an exercise where the owner did a backyard DIY, learnt a few things and saved a few dollars.
You can buy almost any 2j turbo manifold for such a wide range of turbos at good prices that it almost seems illogical to want to make a custom one, especially considering the off the shelf stuff is not only well made, but surpasses the needs of 99% of buyers.
The only reason I could think of that would justify making a custom one would be a unique mounting requirement, turbo not suited to off the shelf manifold, the learning experience or ability, and I guess timeframe is also a good reason.
