Unsure whether they are 2 or 4 strokes as i have never been there and can't find an answer, but on the site it says they are 9HP and capable of 70km/h.

Hey Brendan could you please put me down for go karting too (only one person at the moment).
Thanks
I suspect they will be 4 stroke karts.. 2 strokes are too fast and expensive to maintain for standard hires nornally![]()
I think all go karts are going to 4 strokes due to the environmental issues with 2 strokes, but i also think they are getting some powerful 4 strokes as well to compensate, as i have been on a few different 4 strokes and they have had different power considerably, so we'll give them a try as i have heard that they are good.

Some places hire out 2-strokes. (eg: Silhouette Karts).
I'm tentatively putting my hand up for attending. I've gotta double check that i haven't got something on, but if i'm free i'll come. No karting for me though.

I'll try and get a bit of a road tune on the 11 and come down for a cruise.
Seeing as I live on the way And the old girl uses something like 17ltr/100km, I may
have meet up at the end of eastlink or in tooradin.
I have been rostered on at work for Saturday which means i can't come was really looking forward to this as well.
I have the following users keen from rollaclub
BlindKidSeeks - Cressida
MintKE70 - KE70
78_7krolla - a Corolla of some kind I am sure!
Johno - Corolla
Kangaroosa - rotary powered ke30
Paul - maybe
Havent really been able to figure out if they were up for gokarting, but kangaroosa was a definite yes if you had the space for him.
oh and dfunkt (tate) was going to come to westerfolds park and wondered if anyone was keen for a bbq brekkie?
All sounds good, the weather looks like its going be ok.
I'll let the gokarts people know that we have around 6 or so people and then take thier number on the day to confirm.
Also just with the bbq brekkie the bbqs at westerfolds are wood fire powered and can take up to an hour to get hot and that is if there is dry wood. Just worth keeping in mind.

hmmm, wood fired breakky does sound good, but if i have to get there at 6am to get it hot enough to cook i might just pass on that idea.
