    Default air in cooling system

heres what happends car drives very well but is loosing water thus over heating.
so far i have looked at every hose i can find and replaced the 3 main hoses with samco silicon .
i did find under presure and at high temp the factoy clamps leaked.
replaced with jubilee clamps seems good.
there seems to be white smoke at high rpm .
    heres the problem
the motor is 2000km old 3sgte has been built by pro with forges and arp bolts ect.
top and bottom tank on rad is new and replaced new cap to be sure
preasure test is holding 20psi warm.
the thermastat has been replaced to try to fix problem.
it only seem to leak when hot and slowly takes on air.
i have bleed the system .
heater dosnt leak in car or out.
carnt think of any other thing to do .
want to do everthing i can before it gose back for head gasket, head crack, block crack.
    what more can i do

Look into doing TK headcheck. did the shop use a metal headgasket? maybe head studs are incorrectly torqued?

sounds like to me crack in head or head gasket. white smoke is a big indicator of this. And possibility of a crack because when the head is hot the gap expands. is the oil milky at all?

sif chemiweld. your compression test is good and the TK test came back negative. thus you cannot have a blown headgasket. flush and bleed the system properly. could your turbo water lines/seals be leaking?

i have the manifold cover off and they look good i retighten them anyway.
the hose from hell at the back looks old but dosnt appear to be leaking.
there is no coolent under car.
turbo has been rebuilt with new seals.
    can turbo seals fail internaly?
its at the mechanic now he is going to put it on a hoist and have a good look around.
    and re bleed system.
there is supose to be a bleed valve on right side of motor can you get to them on a gt4?

Does the radiator overflow bottle have enough capacity?

I had a problem when i modified an engine, where under load it would force enough water out into the overflow bottle, to overflow the overflow bottle, the when it was cold it would suck it dry and suck in air, which would cause problems next run.

I larger capacity radiator overflow bottle fixed all the issues.

bottle is standard and full of water the air bubbles are large like 20mm somtimes this slowly pushes water out the over flow as the air expans.
have to get rid of the air but it seems to be constanly making more.

if its consistantly using water with no external leaks then it must be eating the coolant inside. either cracked head or gasket.highly unlikely the block would crack.
prob time to talk to the engine builder.

ok all test im told have been done and still no wiser .
only thing can be done is pull it out pull it a part and look for faults what ever is leaking is very small so may not be seen.
im thinking it might be wise to start again with new block and head .
    what to do?
