ok, im not too bad with wiring and wiring diagrams. Im used to reading holden ones mostly. Im on club 4ag.com trying to make heads and tails of the wiring and connectors that they have on there.....its got me bit confused.
Basically what i need to do is wire in my microtech LT10s loom into the factory loom in my AE86. Now the engine is a bigport AFM, DLi type (AE92 im pretty sure)
note: im not retaining the AFM
Ive been looking at the connectors and i cant figure out which diagram or connector to look at. i have my ECU in front of me, it has a 10pin plug, a 18p plug and a 24p plug. What diagram should i be looking at? these diagrams are a bit confusing for someone who reads crappodore diagrams all day!

From the wiring diagram I have and club4ag, I'd suggest:
G-, White, CAS signal ground ---- Pin 16, plug Z (16 pin)
G1, Green, 1 pulse per camshaft rev, falling edge ---- Pin 15, Plug a (24 pin)
G2, Black, 1 pulse per camshaft rev, falling edge (different timing to G1) ---- Pin 2, Plug a (24 pin)
NE, Red, 24 pulses per camshaft rev, falling edge ---- Pin 1, Plug a (24 pin)
Now you need to work out which wires on the Microtech whould be connected to which from the factory loom. I'd take a punt on G- being connected to the trigger ground, G1 or G2 being connected to trigger sync (the other being ignored) and NE being connected to trigger ref.
However read the manual and all should become clear.
