im havin issues

maybe its my computer or shitty optus broadband which always stuffs up, but im having some problems.

i get an email notification of a reply to a topic i have posted in, but when i go to that thread there is nothing new. but when i open the email it has the reply from the person, it just doesnt show up in the thread.

also in the thread i posted to the admin about selling brake stuff, half of it is missing for me. last time i went to that thread was i think thursday and i posted a reply and people posted since then i and ive seen it in the thread, but today half of the thread is gone. is this just me?

Hey Evo, Rob here.

I am sorry for the problem you experienced.

We have been working on the new forums intensively for the past three days - infact about 5 days full time work has gone into the new site and forum template - and attempted to install some software to sync the forums and users with the other forthcoming aspects of the site.

Some files were damaged and datbase records affected. I had to upload a dump of the database that was maybe 48 hours old or so.

This means that there will be some late content missing, however I am anxious to know that everything has resumed operation as normal. So if there is some content 'missing' my apologies, but if you continue to have this issue on forthcoming posts please keep us posted.

Ahhhh Good, I thought my new computer was going nuts. I've noticed the same thing.

No real concern... Keep up the good work on the site.
