1GGTE inlet manifold gasket

Hey,
I wanted to know if anyone has the part number for the inlet manifold gasket on my gen 1 1ggte. I also wanted to know if anyone knew the sequence the inlet manifold bolts are ment to be done up and how tight they should be and would i use any sort of gasket sealant while putting it on.

Toyota part number for the inlet manifold gasket is 17179-88340.
